About the RoleMimbly is looking for a strategic and action-oriented Operations Manager who can take a comprehensive approach to production, purchasing, logistics, and after-sales. It is a central role in the company's continued expansion where you lead production collaboration with external partners, ensure quality in delivery, and act as a bridge between technology, business, and customer. The position entails overall responsibility for scaling operations in a sustainable and cost-effective manner, with a strong focus on structure, coordination, and improvement work.

Your Future ResponsibilitiesYou will be part of the management team and responsible for leading Mimbly's production and operations towards business goals. The role requires close collaboration with both internal teams and external actors.

Examples of tasks:

• Lead and develop the department within production, purchasing, and logistics

• Be responsible for strategic planning, requirements setting, and follow-up with production partners

• Ensure quality, delivery reliability, and operational reliability

• Drive after-sales work including installation, customer support, and service

• Optimize purchasing, inventory management, and cost structure together with R&D and production

• Negotiate with suppliers and partners

• Develop and improve production flows and End-of-Line tests

• Transform insights from the field and support into concrete improvements

• Ensure communication and coordination between production, sales, and after-sales

We are looking for someone who has

• Several years of experience in hardware production, preferably complex products

• Documented experience in leading teams and driving projects

• Experience in supply chain and purchasing

• Good understanding of BOM, cost drivers, and production optimization

• Experience working cross-functionally in technology-driven environments

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Driver's license

Meritorious:

• Experience from startup or scaleup environments

• Experience with OEM requirements and quality audits

• Previous work with ERP systems and after-sales processes
